Product Description
Purpose
Rubber grade zinc oxide is used in the production of radial tire, bias tire, conveyor belt, rubber hose, rubber belt, rubber shoes, latex gloves and other rubber products. The product performance fully meets the requirements of the state, the Ministry of Chemical Industry and American ASTM standards.
Features and Functions
1. It has strong activity, uniform particle size, strong dispersion, and has a good role in promoting vulcanization, improving the crosslinking density of vulcanizate, and making vulcanization more thorough.
2. It can better improve the viscosity of rubber and the adhesion between rubber, steel wire, cord fabric and other skeleton materials.
3. It has good dynamic mechanical properties, small deformation, less heat generation, and good wear resistance, so that it has good aging resistance.
Packaging and transportation
1. Double layer packaging with inner plastic and outer woven.
2. Standard package weight: 25kg
